Purchasing a new launch or Building-Under-Construction (BUC) project, purchasers are bound to the payment scheme commonly known as Progressive Payment Scheme or Normal Payment Scheme (NPS).

The schedule of the payment scheme is listed in the table and this permits purchasers to pay the monthly mortgage loan accordingly to the stage of the construction progress.
